Pevensey Extension

The aim of this project was to take full advantage of site’s inner-city location which resulted in a series of five identical 3-storey family houses. Each house’s configuration stretches from the front to rear of its narrow plot in order to fulfil its intended program. A courtyard carved out of the side of the building provides the required privacy by controlling views and allowing efficient and daylighting.
