Our clients purchased this plot of land and required a design for family residences for themselves and other units to be sold. The result was a row of six identical elongated houses that contained a series of prescribed functions to cater for a target group of buyers seeking quality housing within good proximity to the surrounding commercial areas and desirable infrastructure.
